Chipzz Hierba captures the atmosphere of a Mediterranean summer evening.

In southern Spain, wild herbs spend months under powerful sun and dry heat.

For much of the year they become almost sun-dried naturally by the climate itself — concentrating their oils, aroma and intensity deep inside the plant.

And that changes everything.

The flavours become warmer, richer and incredibly expressive.

We wanted to bring exactly that aromatic Mediterranean atmosphere into a crisp.

The seasoning blend combines carefully balanced herbs with the natural character of premium Spanish potatoes, creating a flavour that feels both rustic and elegant at the same time.

Slowly fried in small batches using high quality sunflower oil, the crisps preserve their characteristic crunch while carrying the warmth and fragrance of southern landscapes.

The result feels less like a typical herb crisp — and more like a memory of summer: warm air, dry hills, evening conversations, olive trees, tapas and the scent of Mediterranean herbs floating through the night.
